The rising of ocean’s level caused by global warming will redraw the layout of coastal cities. Audi Anuri is an amphibious vehicle designed to provide, in this close future, a premium sharing service in those cities where a mixture of land and water will be a trademark of the landscape. Passengers on board will be able to fully enjoy the experience on board thanks to the autonomous drive.
The characteristic hydrodynamic shape of the exterior comes from the juxtaposition of two separates volumes: the greenhouse in a central position and the propulsion elements, both terrestrial and aquatic, all around it.
Passengers can easily get on board, by land or by sea, thanks to the large tailgate placed, as in boats, in the rear of the vehicle. The entrance hallway leads to the elegant parlour where the seats layout can be changed from “meeting mode”, with a large central space, to “panoramic mode” to fully enjoy the landscape viewing.
The whole capsule, ceiling and floor, is made of special glass that allows to change the transparency in order to customize the privacy level, and it’s supported by a double-spine structure that bring character to the vehicle.
